Whether you are prepared to adopt one wish for one child, or the wishes of several children, we can find the perfect family match for your situation! Or perhaps shopping is not your thing. Our "ghost-shoppers" are here to do the shopping for you. Your financial donations to the program will be used to help fill children's unanswered holiday wishes. If you would like to help your neighbors in need this holiday, please click on the link above to register, and we will match you with a family whose wishes you can help fulfill.
PLEASE NOTE (AS WE ARE SURE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND) WE MUST PRESERVE THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF ALL FAMILIES BEING HELPED FOR THE HOLIDAYS. Families will only be identified by a number assigned to them.
Donated items should be unwrapped. We are happy to accept wrapping paper donations as well so that parents/guardians can prepare their child's present for the holiday morning.
We ask that gift donors deliver their donations marked with the family number they are assigned to the Old Saybrook Fire House (side entrance) on either:
Thursday, December 15th: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday, December 16th: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
In addition, if you or someone you know is in need of assistance this holiday season, the person in need can contact Old Saybrook's Social Services Department at 860-395-3188 to register for this and other types of assistance for which they may be eligible.
